With Thanksgiving only a few weeks away I thought I might share the perfect stuffing recipe that has been in my family for generations. There is only one stuffing recipe that my family will use and it was passed down from my great-grandma. We have been using her recipe for over 75 years and it comes out perfect every time!

My little cousins are starting to grow older and I thought it might be fun this year to show them how to make a Thanksgiving turkey craft. After brainstorming different ideas and searching online I finally found something that sounded fairly easy for them to do that would also be fun for me as well. I did a simple Google search and discovered a template for a turkey paper craft that would allow them to “build” a turkey of their very own. It was so easy to do and in the end I decided to add my own special little touch!

Let’s face it, who doesn’t love a slice of pumpkin pie in the Fall? But who wants all those calories that come with the delicious dessert? Well, I found a way to enjoy my pumpkin pie and eat it too without worrying about my waistline expanding!
Ready for my secret……It’s all in the pudding! Pumpkin Spice pudding is what I’m talking about. I was at the grocery store yesterday when I saw Jell-O brand Pumpkin Spice instant pudding mix and knew I had to try it. I made it that afternoon and had a serving of it for dessert last night and let me tell you it was just like eating real pumpkin pie!
